catching the cowgirl, adam clark isn't one for communing with nature, but his business partner has a way of convincing him to do things that go against the grain and truth is he's not steered them wrong yet.
but when he ends up alone on what was supposed to be a research trip in advance of their next launch, adam has to make do. if he's honest, he's not too disappointed, because he gets to spend time with the delectable skye hawkins, especially since his partner had signed them up for all sorts of extras.
skye is a single mom struggling to keep her father's legacy alive. she's running behind on bills, short on time and resources, and maybe has a guy or two she's ready to give away. her son cody is a sullen teenager she can't pry off the computer. her neighbor clint keeps hinting that he wants more than friendship. thank goodness cal the stablehand just does his job. so really the last thing she's looking for is this insane attraction to a guest, especially one who lives in another state and is only in town for a week.
except the way that she connects with him. the way that he connects with her. nothing has ever felt so right. but how do you make something impossible work? skye is about ready to give up, but lucky for her adam happens to be a super smart engineer and solving problems is his jam. he surprises her in more ways than one, and it's totally sweet and enjoyable to read about.
**catching the cowgirl will publish on july 3, 2017. i received an advance reader copy courtesy of netgalley/entangled publishing (lovestruck) in exchange for my honest review.
